This website
These pages are static. We do not run advertising on them, and we do not use analytics trackers.
Amazon Web Services hosts this site and receives the Early Access form submission. AWS may log ordinary request data (for example IP address and user agent) when a page is loaded or a form is submitted.
Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Request early access
The Early Access form is the only place this website asks you for information.
What we collect:
- Work email (required)
- Sector, region, and role (required)
- Systems in scope: LIMS, ELN, and/or exploring (required)
- Current LIMS / ELN platform (optional)
- A short comment (optional)
- When you submitted, and that the request came from this site
We ask for a business email so we can contact your organization. The form does not accept common personal webmail addresses.
Do not put passwords, credentials, or laboratory records in the comment.
Submitting the form is permission to contact you about this request and about Labcelerate, including later product communication related to that request. We also send a confirmation email. We do not sell this information.
Your submission is stored as a record with Amazon Web Services in the United States. A copy is emailed to Qarbine at support@qarbine.com. We also send a confirmation to the work email you entered.
We keep Early Access records to contact you about this request and about Labcelerate. They are not deleted automatically. Email us if you want a record deleted.
Book a call
If you book a call, Calendly handles that scheduling under Calendly's privacy policy. We receive the booking details they send us.
Labcelerate in your environment
A Labcelerate deployment in your laboratory is not this website. It runs in your environment. Qarbine does not receive customer prompts, content, or usage data from those deployments. You choose which AI providers the deployment uses, so prompts and content go only to the providers you configure. Your agreement with us governs that product.
Your requests
Email support@qarbine.com from the work address you used. Ask us to send you a copy of your Early Access record, to correct it, or to delete it. Deleting a record removes the stored submission and the notification email in our mailbox. It does not remove the confirmation email already delivered to your own inbox.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may have additional rights under local law. The same email is the way to exercise them.
Children
This site is for laboratory professionals. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
